AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

MeteorWish uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You should not rely on AI responses as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting upon it. MeteorWish is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated responses.

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service to:

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period, payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

EU consumers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us at [email protected]. If you begin using the service during the withdrawal period, you agree to pay for the portion of the service provided.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service access. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where MeteorWish is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
